Neglecting my horse... and my horse blog

Sorry I haven't been very good about updating my horse blog lately! I was extremely busy during the last couple of weeks with work. I'm afraid I was neglecting my horse shamefully, too — I only visited him three or four times since I blogged last.

I met a major deadline Tuesday evening, though, so I spent a while with my horse this afternoon. I have lots of updates to blog about, though, so I'll be sure to post with more soon!

Getting behind again...

I've been getting behind again. I've been quite busy, especially now with the stall cleaning added into my daily schedule, and I've been forgetting to blog about the happenings out at the barn. So over the next few days, I'll be playing a little catchup.

Coming attractions include:

* A review of the bug spray I've been using
* Updates on some of Panama's recent trail rides
* A few general cute stories about Panama's antics

I'm going to try not to get so far behind in the future. Trying to remember all the things I wanted to blog about kinda sucks!

Pony Tales Blog chosen as a Top Pet and Animal Website

Pony Tales Blog has been chosen as a "Grand Prize Winner" in Zane's Top 10 Pet and Animal Websites. I am surprised and pleased to hear that my blog is starting to get some attention outside of the people who know me personally. A big thank you to Zane Waltz!

Future post topics

It's only been a few days since I posted last, but it feels like it's been much longer. There's a lot to tell you! I'll be playing catch-up over the next few days, but this is some of the stuff you have to look forward to:

* I went on a couple of trail rides...and Panama did really well!
* I got a new saddle pad.
* I found out about some big changes that are happening at my barn.

It doesn't look like much when I list it out like that, but trust me, it's been a very eventful few days!
