So many things

I know I've said it before, but -- on the risk of sounding repetitive -- I'm back!

I had a crazy busy summer, and it was just ludicrous to try to keep up with my blog, so... I didn't.  I was working twice the hours, sometimes more, for the family I nanny for, and the rest of my time had to be divided between working on my novel, my horses, and my other responsibilities at home.  As a result, freelancing and blogging both fell by the wayside, and even my horses didn't get as much attention as they probably should have.

There are so many things that I need to catch up on, but I'm going to focus on the most important ones:

1. Rondo has been out of commission pretty much all summer, due to a bad trim.

2. Panama has been enjoying a side job as a children's pony.  He absolutely loves kids and the attention (probably mostly the treats) they shower on him.

3. I took Panama to a schooling show -- didn't compete our first time, but I was so encouraged by his behavior that next time we will!

4. Panama and I finally got back on the trail.

5. Last but not least, Panama's most recent injury.  (sigh)

Stay tuned!

Often it seems, so little time, so much to do!

It's always nice to make a blogging comeback though :)

Bummer about the horse setbacks, but I'm sure you are appreciating all the extra cash from working so many hours.

Christine, tell me about it! I could use an extra 4 hours or so in every day. ;o)

NM, the extra money was tremendously helpful, yes! Even if a good portion of it went directly to my vet and trainer. LOL
