Panama's portrait

Yes, Jane, it's contagious.

Inspired by Jane Augenstein, I used the watercolor filter in Photoshop to create a portrait of Panama.

Horse portrait

That's one of the shots from Sunday, when I was playing chase with Panama. I love it because he's so stretched out as he runs — beautiful!

And of course, I had to do the action shot that I'm obsessed with. It looks so... in the moment. It's a bit blurry, though, so the watercolor filter really did it justice.

That's cute! I don't have anything half as sophisticated as photoshop (can't afford that!) but I have a program that does effects like that. I a picture of one of my horses and converted it to a line drawing, isolated just his image and swirled the background so it's really just him in the shot. I printed it on canvas and framed it. It looks like a real drawing! I even 'signed' it....LOL!

Ha. I couldn't afford Photoshop either. A client provided me with a copy a few years ago when I was working on a project for them. :o)

I'll bet your line drawing is lovely! Is it online anywhere, so I could see it?
